By submitting photographs to us for restoration or reproduction as photo gifts you affirm that no copyright is infringed. You will be liable for any copyright claims that arise.

No part of website Photomaster.biz, including information, images, logos, photos, and overall appearance of the site, may be copied, republished, reproduced in any form whatsoever without the prior written permission of the copyright holders.

We guarantee your privacy. Your files and any personal information you provide us will never be shared, or used for advertising purposes unless you provide us authorization in writing.

Any information you send by email is held in strict confidence.

POLICY
Your satisfaction is our priority. All work is done by a professional photographer who has many years` experience and deep knowledge of digital technologies as well as art history. We make sure that our work is of the highest quality. Nevertheless, questionable points are decided exclusively in the customer's favor. We do not set term limits on the guarantee of the work done. Should there appear reasonable claims on the photograph taken by our service, it is possible to make us a request to improve something even a year after the order has been performed.

PAYMENT
Before paying for the work done, I'll send you a small-sized sample of the finished image. If you are satisfied with it, you will get the full-sized image immediately after the payment. Should you wish to make any changes, they are made over for free, as a rule. Then you get a second sample, with all the necessary changes made.

Only when you are entirely satisfied with the final result, will the work on your order be considered completed.
